An ideal location near Champs-Élysées sets this classy hotel apart, yet there are areas needing improvement, notably during breakfasts and maintenance. The ambiance is lovely, but small rooms and the occasional noise disrupted the experience. Friendly staff are a plus, but some requests went unaddressed. A mixed bag overall for the price paid.

The location was fantastic, just a block from the champs-elysées, and my room even offered an amazing eiffel view! The concierge was helpful.

Immaculate housekeeping made every return to the room a delight, showcasing extraordinary cleanliness. The front desk service fell short when it came to organizing our reservations, resulting in a confusing mix-up of room assignments and check-out dates. While the location was excellent, the food service was underwhelming, especially with overpriced breakfast options.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées. The decor in my Classic Room was beautifully done, with a cozy armchair that was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This place suits me perfectly! They offer great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar area. I still remember how the staff helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay.

Our recent stay was nice! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I loved being offered transportation to the airport. the rooms were smaller than the photos suggested.

We visited the Eiffel Tower and explored local cafes. The location was perfect, and the concierge was really helpful. Our room was ready early, a nice surprise too.

Stellar location and really good staff

The staff were warm and were very good, especially the concierge, who helped with excellent restaurant recommendations. The room itself was tastefully decorated and comfortable, ideal. The breakfast options could be improved, as they felt a bit limited and on the pricier side.

Housekeeping could use serious improvement!!! Dirty sheets, overlooked towels, and unclean bathrooms are unacceptable for an hotel claiming to be upscale.

The location here is fantastic.! Rooms are cozy but somewhat small, and the hotel’s staff could be more welcoming. Breakfast was impressive, though it could start a bit earlier for early risers. A decent choice for a trip!

Family with children classy stay

This place had a great vibe right from the start! The breakfast lasted until 2 pm which was perfect for us, what other hotel does that?

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for quality.
